After many months of anticipation awaiting the arrival of your precious newborn, your actual birth may feel like a whirlwind. Before you know it, you’re home with your newest addition to the family and absorbed in the awe, love, and uncertainty of motherhood. It can be a difficult time to think about what your body just went through with all the new change taking place, but reflecting on your birth story is actually a very important part of the postpartum recovery process.

Maybe you had a traumatic birth experience, or maybe your birth went much smoother than anticipated. Either way, there is a period of emotional, physical and even spiritual healing that takes place for any woman who goes through something as significant as bringing a child into the world.

In our POST-BIRTH Circle, give yourself the gift of joining a non-judgmental space with 5-6 other new moms where you can reflect on the wins, disappointments, fears, and excitements that came with your unique birth story. By processing these details out loud and hearing from other women, you give yourself the opportunity to acknowledge them and confidently move forward in the direction that is best for you, your partner, and your baby.

Any mom with a newborn or child under one is welcome to join the POST-BIRTH Circle.
