Stadtpalais Stuttgart - Museum for StuttgartThe museum about Stuttgart with a kids area (Interactive museum) and a restaurant. Also for toddlers - they can create with big blogs and run around. This is in the basement. No entrance fee.
You can also have birthday parties in there.
