This course was SO helpful and informative, and most importantly easy-to-understand and fun!
Christine was well-prepared with lots of great media, props and easy-to-follow exercises to help us newbies know what to expect.
She gave us ample time to ask questions and answered them really thoroughly.
I wasn't sure what to expect but I feel much more prepared for birth and relaxed now!
