Birth Preparation Course in person
I think the birth preparation course exceeded our expectations (both mine and my partner's who is from Germany). We had a completely different idea about how the labour is and this course made sure we know all the options and opportunities given in Germany (which are different from other countries). The practical exercises are also going to be very useful and my partner fell very happy he was taught some techniques to alleviate the pregnancy and labour pains and be an active partner in those processes.
