Price: 60 Euro/hour plus travel fee
During pregnancy your body is constantly changing, which can create stress (mentally and physically).
Yoga is a way to relax your body and your mind.
This course focuses on yoga poses to increase strength and flexibility. It also helps by teaching proper breathing and relaxation techniques.
Due to our very small groups (6 maximum), we can focus on every expecting mom. Enjoy this is special time with your baby.
Plus: Meet other expecting mothers to find new friends and to talk with someone going through pregnancy themselves.
Taping - offline only :-)
Taping is a part of birth preparation or pregnancy support.
It can help with supporting your belly, relieve neck, back & shoulder pain, carpaltunnel syndrome, problems with your SI joint or symphysis and so much more.

Price: depending on the areas taped plus travel fee / this can also be booked as an add on in any offline course such as birth preparation / meet-up / personal training
