The mamaWORKOUT training is designed to help women after birth and in the first years with the baby to regain functional and powerful pelvic floor muscles, to bring stability to their mid body and to form a firm silhouette again. The holistic and needs-oriented recovery and whole-body workout concept imparts a wide range of knowledge in theory and practice and is partially covered by the German health insurance(§20).
In this way, you not only do something for your body but also quickly get to know other mothers from Stuttgart.

The classes are mainly in German but you can get by with a little knowledge and I also speak English.
