Welcome to postnatal yoga from around 10 weeks after you gave birth.
This course is part of your postpartum recovery but we strongly recommend to take part in a proper postpartum recovery course.
Soft Yoga-based exercises to systematically rebuild posture, strength, your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. Of course we will also focus on your breath and enough relaxation for you to get some real me-time.
