Outdoor Fitness for Women
Get fit again and join with or without your little one.
We will focus on low impact, strengthening and stretching exercises - with or without your little one.
You can take this course after your postpartum recovery or just because you love doing outdoor fitness in a likeminded group. we will focus on training the whole body but also the functionality of your pelvic floor and stabilise your body's centre.
Water bottle, weatherproof clothing (don't forget your gloves)
Babies should be wrapped up warm in the stroller.
Should it be pouring down with rain, online class via Zoom.
