Vaccinations Adults:

Tetanus /Diphteria

 

every 10 years

Pertussis (Whooping cough)

once

Measies

after 1970 born and only one shot in childhood: once as an adult to have 2 vaccinations complete

Varizellen (Chicken Pox)

If you don’t have 2 vaccinations as a child a vaccination as an adult is given

Rubella

If you don’t have 2 vaccinations as a child or your titer is too low a vaccination as an adult is given

Hepatitis B

If you don’t have 3 vaccinations as a child a vaccination as an adult is given

Polio

once

Influenza

Every year from September/October on

 

Vaccinations for adults over 60 (additionaly to the vaccinations in adulty)

Herpes Zoster

2x (between the two shots there should be 2-6- months)

Pneumococci

once

Influenza

Every year from September/October on

 

Vaccinations in pregnancy

Pertussis (Whooping Cough)

28.-32. SSW

Influenza (depending on the season)

From the 12th SSW

 

Vaccinations while you breastfeed

During breastfeeding, all vaccinations recommended by the STIKO can be given
EXCEPT yellow fever and rotavirus (do not breastfeed 1h after vaccination)

Vaccinations for children

rotavirus

From the 6th week on (Oral vaccination) 3x (at least 4 weeks apart)

Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis, Haemophilus influenzae, Poilio, hepatitis B, pneumococci

2nd-4th-11th month of life (NEW 2+1 schedule; no 4th dose, except for premature births).

Booster at 5-6 years and 10-14 years (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis)

Polio booster at 10-14 years

Mases, mumps, rubella, chickenpox (varicella)

11th + 15th month of life

Meningococcus C

12. month of life

HPV (Humanes papillomavirus)

2x start between 9 and 14 years
